In addition to the programs mentioned in subsection (1) of section 20 of the Act, the Government of Nepal, the provincial government and the local level may conduct the following unemployment assistance programs:-- (a) Regarding the establishment and operation of employment management information system, 10 (b) Regarding encouraging the use of local technology and products for the creation of internal employment,
(c) Regarding employment promotion for internal employment creation,
(d) Regarding partnership and collaboration with other sectors for employment and skill training,
(e) Regarding the use of capital, skills and experience of citizens who have returned from foreign employment,
(f) relating to the mobilization of volunteers.
